Consultant, Speaker, and Educator on Grief, Loss, and Resilience

I help healthcare teams, educators, and mission-driven organizations build stronger systems of support for people navigating grief, loss, burnout, and life's hardest transitions.

Hello,

I'm so glad you stopped by.

For more than two decades, I've worked at the intersection of grief, serious illness, child development, and emotional resilience, supporting both families and the professionals who care for them.

My experience spans pediatric palliative care, hospice, healthcare, academia, private practice, and community-based grief support. Throughout that work, I've partnered with children, families, healthcare teams, educators, and organizations navigating some of life's most difficult experiences, including serious illness, death, caregiving, trauma, and major life transitions.

Today, my primary focus is helping organizations build the knowledge, confidence, and systems of support needed to respond to grief, loss, and change with compassion and effectiveness. Through speaking, training, and consulting, I translate research and clinical experience into practical tools that people can use immediately.

Whether I'm working with a healthcare team, a school district, a nonprofit organization, or a grieving family, my goal remains the same: to help people face life's hardest moments with greater skill, connection, and resilience.

I can't take away pain or loss. But I can help people and organizations learn how to navigate it.
